I can verify he did say "it's up to you" I definitely heard and saw him say that. Not saying he didn't also say what you have stated, he probably did. I wasn't paying the closest attention. I was probably typing and have to look at the keys to do that, which is probably why I thought it was the ref that asked if he could see, (he was in their corner when I looked up again) which would've been different. This is also why I don't score fights when posting, if you're not paying 100% attention your score doesn't mean a thing.
