True, but he also won 3 vacant titles out of his 4 unless i'm mistaken? What does that mean? I'm not quite sure exactly.

Since he defended them all before, I don't see as that it means anything. At the time of the Margarito fight, he wasn't the linear champion but he was thought to be top dog. He's also beaten 10+ world champions, one of which is a guaranteed future HOF man himself with no ifs ands or buts-Mosley. It's a strong case. I don't think he's a lock to get in as soon as he's eligible or anything though.

    World champs he's defeated:

    1. Yuri Foreman - undefeated - then current
    2. Joshua Clottey - recently champion then
    3. Shane Mosley - previously champion and future champion
    4. Zab Judah - then the recently linear champion
    5. Carlos Quintana - Then undefeated and Future Champion
    6. Paulie Malignaggi - then undefeated and soon to be future champion
    7. Ricardo Torres - then undefeated and future champion
    8. DeMarcus Corley - former champion
    9. Randall Bailey - former champion who was just recently a title challenger
    10. Lovemore N'dou - then future champion
    11. Carlos Maussa - then future champion and undefeated
    12. Cesar Bazan - former champion

Those are the only I know of but right there is 12 former, future or current major world champs (just going by the four major sanctioning bodies) out of his 35 victories. His resume doesn't have a lot of great fighters but it's quite saturated with good ones. Additionally there were some non-champs who were former Olympians, if not medalists.

  5. Cotto is still a problem for anybody around 147, including the two guys who already beat him.

I would have ranked him HOF material even before this fight, The guy has not ducked and fought tough even in the fights he has lost. He fights anyone. Good resume, multiple titles, important to the sport.

These all ring of a HOf career

whoever voted no is on crack or something.

4 time, 3 division world champion. Beat Shane Mosley in 2007.

he's in. He was already in.

4 time champion in 3 different weight classes, with wins over

    Mosley, Judah, Mallignaggi, Foreman, Clottey

    definatley in the HOF.

That would make him an ATG
