yes he did lost the fight but u dont really have to win to show us the weakness of mayweather..some one with faster hands and a hell off a jab would pull it off if he fought him the same way cotto did.. #predro diaz is a hell of a trainer thoughts
I thought it was the same game plan.Oscar used. The problem was Oscar was to old and slow. The problem with cotto is he didn't corner Floyd enough times, stood in the middle of the ring to get picked apart and when he cornered Floyd, his furies weren't accurate enough. He missed too much. Cotto did better than I expected though.
Not really sure he did, to be honest. It was a mixture of Castillo and Oscar. He revealed a few more weaknesses about him that other recent opponents didn't really get a chance to do, but that's about it. The jab that upsets his flow, we already knew about (Oscar). The body shots, despite Ortiz already giving us glimpses of, were perhaps the most telling, for me. Cotto was able to not only land a good amount, but slow his not-as-young body down from them, too. Don't really see anyone else at 147 (where Floyd will likely go back down to) replicate the things Cotto was doing.
to lose a UD? by the way ******* thread starters...."did" is past tense...you don't need to make the verb past as well...please stop, it is irritating as hell
Floyd introduced your mommy to him :hey Clearly a 9-3 fight cotto clearly won 3 but floyd still won and dominated cotto
Bandwagon kids... it's like clapping for Michael Jordan. Too easy. "go Floyd!!!" < Anyone born after 1998. Cotto worked that ass last night and EXPOSED his fake ass.
Hard to grasp? I had Floyd winning 115-113. Had Cotto gone loco at the last round and won that, we'd have a tie. You know what happens with a tie, right?
