Did David Haye call his son Cassius in tribute to Muhammad Ali?

Surely choosing Muhammad as your own name then declaring it a free name makes less sense?

Surely the complaint must be that he cannot claim to be inspired by Ali, as he is doing a massive discredit to everything that mans Heavyweight reign proved to be!!! Well the name Cassius is still synonymous with Ali, so Haye choosing this name for his son could be seen as a tribute. Ali's name change was politically motivated and part of the whole civil rights movement thing back then. A lot of muslim converts these days keep their original names.
