Whyte worked AJ`s body and caught him with a sharp hook that hurt AJ, did expose flaws in AJ and if he did has AJ improved since their bout anyway?

The main thing Whyte exposed is that AJ often gets lazy and has his hands a touch to low and is very susceptible to a counter left hook from the orthodox stance. AJ still hasn't learnt from this. He was getting tagged often by left hooks from Povetkin.

No. If sb. exposed Joshuas weaknesses it was Povetkin/Wlad and maybe Parker. Whyte is a slugger with horrible footwork who landed a good shot in the second round but was beaten to **** for the rest of the fight.

I woulnt go that far. Perhaps just shaved a bit of the of the over exageration of his status. But not as much as Fury did for being a better man.

A better question is how is Joshua showing any weaknesses adapting to different styles and being unpredictable himself ? He's literally fought just about every style so far barring Fury.

if Joshua didn't improve from 2015 how would he have got by Povetkins inside attack unless you think Whyte of 4 years ago was better then current Povetkin which isn't realistic.

The thing that Whyte did better than anyone else vs Joshua was getting under his skin. If you watch the fight again, it's pretty clear Joshua abandoned any semblance of boxing and just went in there to throw bombs at Whyte. Joshua almost got him out of their but give Whyte his due, he's tough and found a home for his left hook when Joshua was dropping his right to load up on the right hand.

Joshua still does drop the right hand at times, but much less than he used too and Joshua is far less likely to load up and just trade bombs like he did in the first fight. Joshua is far more patient and cautious than he used to be, Joshua won't give Whyte the same huge opening to be countered like before.

I think AJ has definitely improved since the first fight and will dominate and KO Whyte.
