    No, Arce didn't make up his mind to go down or not, and didn't touch the canvas yet, So Nonito was right in hitting him.

    Yes he did. That 3rd left hook was after Arce's glove had touched the canvas. To me that is a fault on the ref though. He should have stepped in.

    It looks like he hit him when his glove touched the mat but it's really, really close. Nothing controversial IMO.

    Arce seemed pretty close to being down in other words he had nowhere else to go but down from the position he was in. I only saw it while it happened though I need to see it again

    Arce was still holding on the ropes, refusing to go down. hes still a legitimate target until his hand touches the canvass.
