At first it looked to me like Donaire was taking advantage, but Arce wasn't quite clearly down yet and the ref hadn't stepped in.

 

Ref fault for not seeing it ,and beside I said all along this fight was a mismatch somehow the FLASH was going to get him out of there and ARCE knew it. Your the shorter and smaller man and your backing up when you said your going to come forward. After the 1st rd I knew it was over.
