    4 pages. Can't believe I read through this expecting some sort of interesting facts I never heard of indicating Holyfield really avoided Bruno (although I knew how absurd that sounded).

    But then again, the OP is known for making dumb unproductive threads.

    Holyfield didn't duck anyone. He didn't fight Bruno because the timelines didn't work out. Frank was either waiting on other big fights (Tyson, Lewis) or rebuilding. I suppose it could've happened in late 1992, but Bowe was a far more deserving challenger. Any time it could've happened, Holyfield-Bruno didn't make sense.
