the reason jaidon got knocked out against green was because he was throwing a left hook the same time green was. Green's got there first though. I have seen p[lenty of first round or quick knockouts in this fashion. Watch Kofi Juntah v Rubio for another example. When you trade lefts like that someone is going to sleep. That being said, he needs to rematch green if he can.

He would lose once more, though I think he might be able to go more than 10 seconds second time around.:yep

i agree. i think he loses the rematch as well. but you never know. with his loss of his father he might find some kind of inspiration. brewster and buster did.

yeah fo real man you might want to double check your source, since you're stating something as history that hasn't even happened yet.

Idiots on this board under rate almost everybody who has ever (gasp!) been knocked out. Just a way for flamers to flame and pretend they're somehow tough because they can call real fighters "glass chinned". JC looks like a good fighter. He may not ever end up being the best in the world but he's certainly not a bum just because he got brutally knocked out once.

Talk about being optimistic. Even if he was good enough a lot of other things would have to fall into place for this to happen. By the way are you 15? I'm just asking because you seem very naive and called me an ******* just because I didn't agree with you regarding your hero.

Just because most people don't put him in top 10 based on a couple of cheap KO-victories doesn't mean that they under rate him. Nobody is calling him a bum or anything. He is a decent fighter, but he is not one of the 10 best in the world for crying out loud! If you think that he is a top 10 SMW, then you really don't know anything about the SMW scene on a worldwide scale.

Who wouldn't underestimate the guy after watching the Green KO? I barely realized it was him a few days ago.

I do like the guy and wish him the best but I'd like to see Sam win.

He was a young fighter when he lost to green. Remember he was 9-0 when he fought 17-0 Green. I think Codrington has a future and he is young and he needs to work on his defense but I'm not ready to call this kid a bum this early in his career and he got 8 wins 6 KO's after he lost to Allan Green. People are making it sound like he had 1 tune up fight after fighting green before going to the contender.

He's looking pretty good and may win the whole thing. He has a good build but he seems to have "***** tits." Sometimes BT's are caused by steroid use and/or excessive marijuana use. hmmm!! :rofl :rofl :smoke :smoke

I agree, I think Codrington can still make some serious waves in the SMW division and what happened early in his career against Green IMO was fluke, he just simply got caught cold in the early storm, and has learned to never let that happen again. I will always cheer for him and wish him a path to great matches and success.

Yes, I read your post and stated my opinion afterwards. I was not flaming JC and have never called him glassjaw, chinachin or a bum, but I still don't think he belongs in top 10 at SMW. If I should rank him I would place him in top 20 or top 25. Guys in top 25 are not bums!
I've already said that I think he would last longer if he fought Green again, but maybe you are not referring to me regarding that fight.

Btw when he fights Bika or Soliman it won't be a five rounder.;)

Maybe a little off topic, but I noticed that Cod has some serious "*****" tits.
Is he on roids or is that normal for him?:huh
