That's all you can say isn't it. It's highly doubtful you know enough about any other boxers to even make that claim. You're like a kid who was a virgin and thinks the first ***** he got will be the best ever.

Floyd has more championship fights than Ray Leonard ...

He also has a better championship fight winning percentage than Ray Leonard.

Ray Leonard fought Hearns, Hagler, Benitez, and Duran ... he got his clout off fighting those guys ... he lost to Hearns and Duran ... He got a gift draw against Hearns the second time around and its highly disputed that he lost to Hagler.

Add to that ... he lost to Camacho and Norris ... he has also been knocked out.

Get off Floyd's nuts son. Who are the ATG fighters that Floyd beat? Old Oscar? GTFO.
Then you bring out Camacho and Norris and it shows that you're a ******ed Floyd nuthugger that fails to realize that he was already past his best and you use this as a way to diminish his accomplishments.

No. His competition available wasn't as good as that of Pernell Whitaker, he himself was not as good as Pernell Whitaker. It's not his fault the competition wasn't as good, but he already showed vulnerability to a good, but limited fighter in Castillo at 135 and you have to penalise for lesser competition when ranking even if it isn't their fault.

Floyd Mayweather Jr never really had the oppurtunity to be the greatest of ALL TIME. He came at a time where the best of our era were already getting old and beleaguered. De La Hoya, Mosley, Jesus Chavez, Kostya Tzuyu(injuries). I dont know if it were ever possible for Mayweather to be the best of all time, but the best of an era, certainly.

Didn't Floyd avoid Margarito like the plague?

PBF was a great P4P because he went from lightweight to welter, but once at welter be never fought any of the contenders.

The argument that his competition wasn't as good as it was back-in-the-days is moot because PBF never fought any of the elite at 147. If he had fought and beat Cotto, Margarito, Williams etc then we could make a real comparison to other top P4P's.

Was the potential there? Yes, unless you make the argument he never wanted to be a great P4P because he just was in boxing for the cash.

Nor the balls, the footwork, probably not the durability either, I guess we'll never no seeing as he ran around the ring pretty much the whole time.

No ..He would have to suprass Roy Jones in dominace and accolades to be even considered ..Then you have to look at the rest of the p4p list all time and see where he stacked up ..
