Five losses for Margarito, zero rematch attempts with three active fighters and two offering rematches when it's supposed to be the other way around. Explain please, for someone who is promoted as a gladiator who feasts on the best and is the most feared man on the planet something must be wrong here. Sharmba had 4 losses, less than Margarito.

Corley had two losses, WAY less than Margarito.

Castillo had 4 losses, less than Margarito

So do a bunch of prospects and other fighters. I guess a fight with Alfonso Gomez makes more sense than a fight against Margarito too you.

 

What does Alfonso Gomez have to do with this?, if anything he was considered a horrible opponent before, during and after the fight. Basically a tune-up, not career highlights.
