Did Floyd Mayweather Jr duck/is ducking anyone throughout his great career?

this is one of the few things i always had a problem with regarding boxing fans and floyd ppl say he only take low risk high reward fights but until he fought de la hoya that's exactly what floyd was if you REALLY watch his career they talk about this,during his 130 days commentators would talk about guys like casa, frietas trainers not wanting to put there fighters in with him to make more money and avoid an almost assured lost think about it this dude has been on the p4p list since 1998 and been in the top 5 of that list since 2001 i can't name any fighter that's has been looked at as the best for the whole time they been in the game i remember guys like mosley saying i got a toothache i remember cotto/hatton watching floyd live and looking shook maybe a case can be made for williams (even though nobody really fought him) but that's it i feel like this discussion would be valid if the guys he's accused of ducking were actually any good but seriously he get faulted for not fighting margarito please explain to me what the hell has he done his entire career he's a career welterweight an the first notable welter he fought was COTTO margarito was around during mosley/de la hoya/trinidad/forrest/ ect prime and the first big name welter he fought was cotto REALLY at least baldomir was the undisputed champ an went undefeated for 10 years. damn near every top fighter at 130 got beat by floyd 135 he beat one of the best lightweight champs in this era twice 140 u could say he didn't leave a mark but that was more of a stopping point cotto didn't want that fight hatton didn't want that fight tyzu did but there were promotional problems involved you noticed nobody even whispered his name until they saw him break the record with de la hoya then that ass whipping was worth it for a career pay. You say he could fight anyone he wanted if he tried but i doubt it, look at guys like martinez/lara they really couldn't get a fight for a min cuz no one wants to lose to them, you don't believe that look at everyone floyd's fought b4 the fight the media said they were his biggest challenge and afterwards they become insta-bums....sorry for the long rant
