You havent won a ban bet yet. that takes knowledge and balls. What a joke. I watch boxing fights, you dont seem too. look at your last few predictions. that makes me think your a WWE Fan. :rofl
Proof???? That's an assertion you are making, not a fact... The Pac KO was far more devastating, and Hattons lifestyle outside of the ring was destructive. :deal
its funny mvc should bring this up ricky after losing to Floyd never retired he was perfectly fine he fought 2 fights even stopping paulie but after getting knocked by pac he retired and even said once in the interview the knockout that pac inflicted on him haunted him he could not go to a boxing ring for months.
just watched the mayweather vs hatton fight ricky was not even fully knocked out it looked like a tko he was not in bad shape at all
bottom line is ricky fought a stupid fight against pac you don't just come straight forward against pac he did the same thing with mayweather but because mayweather does not hit as hard he managed to last much longer
He went down a bad path after that loss he really didn like mayweather and the loss killed him especially with the ref situation which is still doing his head in , sr helped mess him up a bit too acting the bollox when he was training him against pacquio
No he didn't but Pacquiao did. Hatton didn't retire after being KO'ed by Floyd but he retired after being KO'ed by Pac. After Floyd KO him, Hatton went back to 140 and beat somebody there. Pac did more damage to Hatton than Floyd did.
Lots of factors contributed to Hatton's demise. His weight ballooning was horrible for any career of extended length on the top level. His first loss didn't help, especially being a big knockout the way it was after a couple rounds of beating before the end. Hatton claims his first loss plunged him into substance abuse and depression, but I don't know about all that. Sort of the same thing that every fighter who loses claims (see: Matthysse pondering retirement after the Garcia loss).
