You guy's are crazy with this ducking stuff first off not Clottey nor Williams or Margarito are top tier fighter's. So if you say he's never beat a top guy or a prime HOF.ATG even if he beat them he still wouldn't.

Cotto is on record multiple times ducking Mayweather between 04-11" just like Oscar&Mosley between 99-07/8".

If you wanna know why he didn't fight them look at there record vs Floyd's and who he's fought. None were real Champ, half the time they were coming off losses, and couldn't string consistent good performances together.

Even the Pacquiao thing, it was Manny who turned down the fight after getting 90% of terms in his favor not the other way around.
