Not a bum. But an ATG? Is Broner an ATG? LOL. What is he a 4 weight champion?

First fight was a draw my friend. I'm a big pac fan but he really never beat a "prime atg" to my standards. I don't think Floyd did either. Beating a prime ATG to me is like beating a prime SRL, Duran, Hearns, Pacquiao, Mayweather.

First fight wasn't a draw. Judge messed up and didn't credit manny for a knockdown. If he was credited with the knockdown he won the fight. Not the same as a ref messing up and calling a knockdown right or wrong. The judge admitted later it was a mistake.

Espn ranks Barrera 43rd in the top 50 boxers ever. I guess it depends what you consider an ATG. Top 50 of a sport thats been around for 100+ years is good IMO.

Barrera was a very good win. Is it better than an undefeated Hatton? A monster 154 Cotto? A little faded Pac(Floyd was faded too), a determined DLH? A p4p undefeated Corrales? Remember Barrera was not undefeated when he fought Pac and went through wars! I'm a big pac fan bro and I think his win over Cotto was better than Barrera.

Eww, the degree of rubbish posting here...I'm not even going there.
    I will say this, though:
Name me ONE at-or-near-prime GOAT level fighter, Higher end ATG, Mid ATG, Lower ATG, Higher tier HOF, Mid HOF, Lower-Mid HOF that Mayweather beat in his entire 19 years of boxing, NAME ME ONE!

Cotto was still near prime, Hatton is a HOF, Corrales is in the HOF, Dela Hoya slightly past it but fighting a much smaller man at 154, Pac was still dominating(not in his prime but wasn't even close to being shot).

INB4 you take the easy route and just discredit these guys just like I can do with every boxer you like. We all know the discredit game is super easy.

He's going to bring up trout as if he lost to Trout BEFORE Mayweather, and that momentum means nothing in boxing. Not to mention Trout absolutely dwarfed Cotto, while Cotto was bigger than Mayweather.

Yes Barrera was that good. Best body puncher of his generation. The most fluid offensive fighter of his era.

At their best weight? No. None. Fluid was an ATG ducker. That is his legacy.

To answer this question. As critical Floyd fan.

Answer is 0. That's a big blemish in TBE conversation. Floyd knows it. Greatest business man in boxing hands down. Closest are maybe JMM and Cotto. But were they ATG's or at their prime? I don't think those qualifies.

I hate Floyd because he is weak *****.

I love Floyd because he is taking care of himself. that's true smartness.
