Foreman denies the "I was drugged" story, then he repeats it.

He restated it in his 2007 book and has stated it even after that.

It all depends on who he is talking to and what kind of image he is trying to create.

The ref can still stop the fight if he fells that the downed boxer in this case Foreman is unable to fight.

That would be a TKO if the fighter had beaten the count.
This fight went down as a KO.

Its the referee's count of 10..? Thats the only count that matters, the referee's count of 10 is never exactly 10 seconds, because its conducted by a human which is..? the referee, and the only count that matters is the referee's count of 10! Its totally irrelevant that somebody can time it with a stopwatch.

Whenever the referee picks up the count those are the only counts that matter!

Hatton/Pacquiao was ruled a KO even though the ref stopped the count.

I don't know, but it isn't a KO unless a fighter is down for the count of 10. If a fight is stopped due to injury or a fighter being unable to defend himself, it is a TKO.

How does boxrec record Ali-Liston II?

Do they show it a KO? Liston was not counted out.

I assume it goes down as the referee called it- right or wrong- unless his call is contested to a commission.

George would have got beaten up badly had he made it to the final bell of that round and come out for the next one.
