Did Frazier do better in his second fight with Foreman?

    Yes, obviously Frazier did better. He showed he could box and make George miss a lot of punches. The thing that needs to be pointed out is that Joe was fighting on the retreat and couldn't get full force into his punches. When one is attacking forward with full force weight, the punches would obviously be more significant. It was a trade off. Joe needed to retreat and box to avoid Foreman's shots but would lose power in his own.

    What's up,with the sudden obsession with the Foreman/ Frazier 2 fight. Two polls? I never watched the second fight so was it some kind of classic since Frazier wasn't brutally destroyed in one round like the first fight?

    Floyd Patterson lasted 4 seconds longer in the rematch with Liston, he had a party in the locker room afterward to celebrate.
