This. Freddie Roach is a really good offensive trainer. But in terms of things like defense, setting traps, and positional footwork, he is average at best.

Freddy wak already PROVED compubox is a complete farce... He has a video where they show A fighter landing only 9 punches, but really landed like twenty when you look at the video and then he slows the video down and you can clearly see the 20 plus punches.

Also' do you even know how compubox works. It's three men thumbing a clicker...it's quite lame.
