Maybe someone here could help me regarding the history behind the supposed fights between Kabrat Pulev, David Price, and other fighters such as Tony Thompson, Deontay Wilder etc. I am currently having a long dialogue with a person who alleges that Fury has ducked or avoided fights between himself and these fighters, even dodging prior setup fights. Is this true?
Fury v Pulev was being made as Wlad's IBF eliminator BUT the "Haye fight" came along so Fury naturally went for the bigger more money fight & Pulev went straight to Klitschko if Fury knew Haye would just been a timewa$te he'd already fought Pulev (& if he had beaten Pulev then he'd have also fought wlad by now also).
Thanks for the info. I figured it was an issue of pursuing a bigger money fight since in his interviews he mentions that he cares not for growing in stature in regard to titles and honor as much as growing his bank account.
It would be very instructive to see how Fury takes a full flush straight right from Price. Would tell us a lot about Furys chances vs. Wlad.
If that's truly the case, then Fury can't be blamed. Haye offers more money and a more dangerous fight than Pulev.
It isn't possible to 'duck' David Price. He is absolute garbage. No Chin, no heart, no stamina, etc. Fury DID duck Ustinov in a disgraceful way.
