I feel Fury was often too far away from Wilder so even though he slipped a lot of jabs he wasn`t countering many, should he have done the moves on this vid to deal with Wilde`s long lead slightly more effectively?

True alright an that will be Fury's downfall in a rematch . I'm sure Wilder will know how to land da right when Fury duck''s ,

He was countering enough to be picking the rounds off of Wilder. The more he countered the more he was in Wilders zone and the more hes in Wilders zone the more chances of Wilder landing something on him. I thought he balanced it out quite well but there isnt much you can do about corrupt officiating. Ofcourse Roach and many others feel he could of been more aggressive and to be fair Wilder seems even worse going backwards than he does going forwards. Maybe in the rematch if there ever is one. Fury can do more in the rematch, weve seen the best of Wilder.
