Did Fury look a step slow or was he just carrying?

    His whole performance was subpar. Who knows what the reason was: he didn't want to end Chisora too quickly, or it was ring rust, or that injury bothered him a bit too, etc. Only he and his team know the answer.
    I hope he will be a man of his word this time, he stops ducking Usyk and we can finally see an undisputed HW champion for the first time since Lewis.

    Fury has just lost his agility, he was noticeably slower in Wilder III.

    He looked extra fat. His weird lower back bum was looking thiccer than normal.

    No he seemed to be going through the motions and not forcing his body most of the time. Although I do believe Fury is still in good shape, IMO there will be a noticeable deterioration in his next 2-3 fights.
