With regard to the bout itself It proved the build up was not exaggerated hype, it exceeded my expectations that is for sure.

Excellent fight, fighters gave their all, and the deserved winner prevailed.

The sport of boxing has a undisputed heavyweight champion at long last.

Underpromised and over-delivered in spades for me.

Was great to see Fury show glipmses of just how good he can be, but it was always a tall order to sustain the pace and cardio against Usyk with the level of comp he has fought in the last 4-5 years - but Fury had great success 4-7 and bossed Usyk in round 6 which not many other fighters have been able to do. Props, especially as Usyk was starting to gtet into a groove in round 3 and he NEEDED to disrupt his ryhthym.

But Usyk is amazing at adjustments at exactly the right time, and he needed to make them in round 7, as Fury was starting to take control.

Round 9 was crazy, never seen Fury that hurt and out of it - feel like he should have taken a knee earlier - being battered off the ropes probably made him dizzier and took his legs more, but feel the referee got in Usyk's way at the end of the exchange; I was sure he was waving it off because Fury looked TOAST and one more dig and he'd have been comatose I think. But the ref seemed to judge that Fury had finally touched the canvas and gave - the world's slowest, well said Delboy! - standing count!

Then Fury showed how amazing his powers of recovery are by digging deep to stablise in round 10 - even when Usyk scored further big shots.

I felt Usyk controlled things 10-12, and if I had a disapointment it would be that Usyk did not put his foot on the gas and look for the stoppage - but he was in there and must have felt his moment had passed knowing how well Fury can recover

Usyk is just not that guy. He fights disciplined and smart.

As soon as Fury started firing back in round 10, Usky went back to boxing.

This fight exceeded the hype for me. Both fighters came prepared and fought very well, and I'm glad this wasn't a one-sided, lopsided victory. It made it more impactful / meaningful that Usyk was tested like never before in the middle rounds to show the world what a warrior he was. He started looking a bit like a rag doll in there for a few rounds, and with his size disadvantage, it looked inevitable that Fury was about to finish him. I mean, how many more of those solid shots could he keep eating without going down? But Usyk rose to the occasion like a phoenix rising from the ashes and triumphed in the end. Should Usyk have won via KO9? Yes. Are we still happy he won, period? Yes. A great night of boxing for everyone, with a great undercard to boot. Can only hope future Saudi shows maintain this standard.

Absolutely. Edge of my seat, silent, captivated. But I was very animated in round 9 yelling "close the show Usyk!!"

    Lived up to the hype

More so. I think most fans were expecting a bit of dull affair and certainly not that level of excitement

But Usyk set the tone with that magnificent ATG ring walk and everyone in the arena and who was watching at home knew he meant business

It was a great night of boxing

Usyk vs Belly delivered and once again Usyk proved greatness and godliness

Jai vs Briedis delivered and both did themselves proud

And Agit proved once again, as I've been saying for years, that he's the truth

Great fight that lived up to all the hype. Loved Uysk's costume and ring walk. Once he was in the ring waiting on Fury u could see he was in battle mode. He had a look of a warrior who was ready to enter his war....his look also told me there was no way he was going to lose!!

Yeah, during the pre-fight instructions by the ref, Fury finally had to face Usyk, and man oh man, did Uysk's eyes bore into Fury like a hot knife through butter. That's really when Fury knew he was fooked.

Surpassed mine, I thought it would be a lot slower paced.

Worth every dollar and compared to the last Canelo PPV which was $30 more this was 30 times better and money well spent
