    A joke Terry O' Connor should get a ban after that fight. McDermott got robbed tonight and O' Connor needs glasses after that what the **** did he see in FURY that everyone else didnt see.

    I wanted Fury to win it, but I thought McD took it comfortably.

    Even if we disagree about the winner, you must admit that O'Connor's card was ****ing disgraceful? 98-92 Fury? C'mon.

    it does not matter who you want to win...but it was clear from the off that watt and smith were talking up macdermotts successes...saying that a 1 point winner either way would have been a fair result

    no matter what the refs decision, fury knows he struggled there and his talk post fight couldn't disguise the truth he must surely know. fury didn't look the hot prospect hes touted as being.

    (1) It does to an extent, because in a lot of cases it can rule out undue bias.

    (2) I agree, the sky commentators are shite. But I actually thought Watt tightened up his scorecard near the end a bit too much. I thought McD walked it by three or four rounds. But yes, they did harp on about McD a bit too much, especially in the earlier rounds.

    (3) So, you agree that O'Connor's card was ****?

    I had McDermott winning by three rounds and I went to see Tyson win.

    I was sitting just near ringside and the tv didn't do it justice. I really don't know what fight the ref thought he had just watched.

    Absolute robbery.

    I cannot see how McDermott was only given 2 rounds....I had him 4 up at the end of round 5...:think

    Ritchie Davies is our best domestic ref and should have reffed this contest...:good He would not have given such a poor decision as that...:yep

    the one thing that fight shows us is tyson is not going to be world class,if he gets hit by world class punchers he'll be ko'd and his stamina is totally suspect.

    Bit harsh on his stamina Billy..... he has gone from four rounds to ten in one fight.

    He needs to find a tough guy that isn't particularly dangerous that will take him six or eight rounds - really he needed to find one of those prior to this fight.

    In hindsight it was one fight too soon, but in the UK there is a distinct lack of decent heavyweight journeymen, that are better than the likes of Peret anyway.

    For some reason our promoters are reluctant to put them on bills abroad - there are countless half decent heavyweights in Germany/Eastern Europe that can provide better tests, between club and title level.
