Its really not that hard to understand. Like Khan, Morales got caught with a shot he didn't see coming... Garcia is a counterpuncher, Maidana is a come forward pressure fighter, you see all of his shots coming. If Garcia had landed that counter with the power of a Maidana right hand, no way Khan would have been getting back up

Tough one to judge. Too many factors going in it. However, Garcia did KO Khan and Morales. Maidana didnt, but then again was Maidana at his strongest at 140, i mean he did move up cause of weight issues. Both hard punchers, but i think people underate Garcias power and overate Maidanas IMO.

Maidana is a crude puncher much like Sam Peter who NEVER KOed any of the better fighters he fought regardless of how good/bad their Chin was.

Khan was on rubber legs for most of that fight anyway. Between Khan's Amateur career where we have evidence of him getting KOed with headgear, the Limond fight, Prescott obliterating him in 58 seconds or whatever it was, his other knockdowns and the Garcia KO not to mention Golden Boy coddling him and putting him in there with a bunch of guys either moving up in weight and/or that are feather fisted it is very clear that Khan has a Glass Jaw. It really isn't up for debate.

And the hilarious thing is he still has not fought a Savage Puncher in his career.

Maidana is heavier handed, but Garcia has better timing and accuracy, while being a pretty hard puncher himself. Not that hard to understand really.

No need for some of you Haymon groupies to get your panties in a knot. ;-)

It did more damage once it landed because of where it hit, and in terms of the sheer force, probably, but I think Maidana is heavier handed.

No, not at all. Many factors come in to play here.

    Who is the better finisher?
    Who is more composed?
    Who has the better accuracy?
    Who has the better technique?
Who has the better shot selection?

All come in to play when talking about the finishing of an opponent.

Garcia timed and hit him with a punch he didn't see when Khan stepped forward to throw his typical one two. Maidana hit him with a punch he saw as he was stepping back to the ropes. Major difference there.
