Angel is done with moving backwards. They did not want the Khan fight either. Looks like they want to build a good resume and retire on time. **** trilogies...They are looking to 147 now. They already fcked Lucas and Khan up. Already on the list of suckers who tried and failed.

first 6 rounds where close but danny took over from 7 on.

lucas was still very dangerous but he was getting out boxed and beaten up pretty much.
i like both fighter, watched the fight 4/5 times. watching it live i thought danny just took over but after studying it the eyr really phuked up lucas..

it didnt seem as bad live, could had been i was pretty hammered, but w/e..
danny showed me more in that fight than i seen his whole career, he a bad ass.. not sure a rematch with lucas is the smartest thing right away

Matthysse would knock Garcia out in a rematch which is the very reason Garcia will not fight him again.............Matthysse's corner lost him the fight, he had no cut man. Garcia used an excellent headbutt, low blows, etc..........

    dude,
lucas is a phukin beast and he did awesome with 1 eye but danny closed it and he did pretty much take over after the eye got phuked up..

Danny impressed the sh!t out of me by not only surviving but by digging down and finding a way take win the fight.

if i was part of tea garcia, lucas wouldnt be getting a rematch right away UNLESS danny says honestly i felt his power and i can take it.. he can take lucas power its over and danny may even stop him.. but lucas keeps coming, he is a machine. i would have a rematch a true 50/50 fight. no outcome would surprise me. non not even ko1 from either guy

LM swells his own eye up every morning when he rubs and wipes the sleep gunk out. Glass eyes exist in boxing.

Garcia won the fight. It was a good fight and Both guys fought hard.
I would like to see a rematch but also would like to see Garcia fight some guys at 147 to lead up to a fight with Floyd!!

absolutely. This is nothing but greencard rage. Haters trying to rewrite history and include conspiracy theories about ghosts in the ring shutting peoples eyes.

Lucas was demoralized when he realized he was NOT able to KO Danny. You can see the look in his eyes. And yea, he was hitting after the bell, punching Danny in the back of the head and his back.

This thread is nothing but a CIA operation to bait in haters and register their names for future reference.

He just about managed to beat a guy who had only one eye for half the fight and is scared of a rematch. Really impressive

    That is a haters perspective.

The real perspective looks more like this: Danny shut his eye, won 3 of the first 6 rounds and took over to win via U.D. and even made Lucas submit for an 8 count. Had he stayed up, he was about to get lit up on those ropes and KTFO.

You can continue living in denial again. I just had to slap you with reality for a a few seconds.

It was NOT Danny who was talking retirement after that fight... Lucas nearly left the sport. So tell me again who was scared?

It's the truth. Danny just about managed to beat a guy who had only one eye for half the fight and is scared of a rematch. Yours is a fanboy perspective. He wasn't winning before the eye swelled up. Can Danny beat him again, can he beat a two eyed Matthysse? He doesn't seem confident that he can.
