when calzaghe pushed his head against hopkins at there weigh inn ,was he a sportsman with no class?

my point is ,weve seen it loads before.its a bit of needle..if it gone the other way it would have been equally welcomed

Anderson did a good job at the weigh in - need to get in his face and see if he has the stomach for it. Although I think Groves handled it well - look forward to this fight. Nice pics and video Leonardo keep them coming:good

There is a time and place for demonstrating class and the last time an angry fighter is going to show it, is before a fight! Granted it's not my cup of tea- my favourite was Joe louis who always made a point of been super gracious but unless u know someone, see them doting for their kids, missing their family everyday sacrificing everything to chase a dream! To be that 0.000000005% who make it! Believe me Kenny is a great, great lad and a good friend of mine! He's one of the best guys I know on a personal level... Don't look at this and think it represents the man- all it represents is a fighter trying to get any edge he can- he's there to fight - not a journeyman whose come to lie down and he will do the business tomorrow. From my personal point of view - I like groves, he's a class fighter at times and a dead nice kid. It was a 'shame' to see him uncomfortable in that way but kenny has a job to do! Dont judge someone on a 2 min video that's all I'm saying- sorry if I come across a bit upset just thought some have got kenny all wrong!

He didn't bottle it. All he did was stand there and smirk, Anderson obviously wanted a reaction and got **** all.

    Groves 1 Anderson 0.

I don't think Groves could have reacted any differently without starting a scrap there and then so don't see how he bottled it. Like someone has said weigh-ins, press conferences have proved to mean absolutely nothing. This isn't a nightclub or the street and the controlled environment of the ring will prove to be different gravy. On a side note I don't think Anderson really went too far tbh, the situation was nipped in the bud and shows passion and intent. It's also given us something to talk about and I for one quite enjoy all the build-up stuff before fights, it's good entertainment and an integral part of the game. My prediction for this one is a good competitive fight with Groves taking the UD

I would like to see Anderson just put Groves on the backfoot and force the pressure from the first bell to see what Groves can do about it. I am not too sure that Groves can handle a good fighter on the backfoot???
