    No, it's frequently a very legit excuse. He's a slightly more skilled Roiman Villa, Joe Smith Jr or John Molina Jr.

    Didn't you pick garcia to ko Tank? With that said I'm not saying Ryan can't beat Tank he will win more rounds than Tank and if Tank doesn't stop him he will lose imo.

    I understand he doesn't have Mayweathers dimensions physically and that matters, but it surprised me that Davis isn't better in a situation like tonight.

    In a situation like tonight, I think Floyd would have started walking forward behind a jab and a tight high guard. Garcias a light puncher, so Davis should have applied heavier front foot pressure, imo.

    I think playing the positioning game played into Garcias hands. But I know hindsight is 20/20... and he got the stoppage anyway.

    Yes, but I wasn't as bullish as I usually am, I saved the bravado for my Villa pick. Good to hear, I think Ryan's power is going to be far more decisive than most people seem to think it'll be. Tank may not have the benefit of walking Ryan into a counter. Ryan's reach may very well keep him at arm's length soaking up punishment all night, much like he did with Campbell and Fortuna. Tank can only walk into so many left hooks while falling short with his left before feeling the effects.

    Yeah, it did.

    Now, I think it won't be walk in the park for him to beat Ryan Garcia.

    And Loma still beat him.

    He fought like I expected him to.

    I predicted that Davis would win by KO because Hector Garcia has poor defense.

    I still think Ryan Garcia presents a bad match up for Davis. Garcia fights at long range and he got really good power as well.

    I would favor Garcia 60/40 against Davis.
