Haye is not the Champ at Heavyweight.

Haye could go back to cruiser to fight Adamek. Than he can see if he can make such money he will get from Wlad.

If you had a clue, you would know that your boy Haye has said many times in interviews that the "purse is fine and settled" :dealso stop with this "he should get paid" crap already... he has a contract, actually 3 now :deal....that he agreed to verbally, why wont your boy sign?:huh

I didn't know "trying to dictate the terms" meant "ducking". Thanks for the info.

I respect differing opinions and understand where you're coming from, I don't think the fight should be made until Haye builds up a standing in the division, wins over some respect from fans and puts the Wlad fight into megafight territory..
Unfortunately, Haye has gone all out making noise about destroying the Klitschko's, about beating them right now (yes, you will say in the name of drawing attention to himself) but when you say things like that and someone comes along offering you the opportunity you CAN'T say NO because it devalues everything you've been yapping about for over a year. You can't go making a public record saying you'd have no problem signing the contract even if they moved the fight to Germany and then balks on signing it once it is - because after all this you look like a **** stick

If I'm promoting a fighter like Wlad I look at the fact that Haye fought Maccarinelli over a year ago and since then has only had 1 fight at HW, I would be worried that this person is not serious and only looking for a payday, I would concern myself with the fact that I could be putting the best HW in the world against a guy who will, by fight time, have nearly a year of ring rust.

Personally, at the rate that Haye is going, I have no respect or love for him at all. He says he wants to retire before he's 30... if he keeps fighting at this rate, chasing ghost fights, he may just retire without ever fighting again. Or, he fights Wlad in a year and then retires afterwords. Why would I want to follow this joker?

Let me dumb it down for ya:

They agreed to the terms by having their teams speak to each other before Wladimir's team wasted their time preparing a contract that Haye had no intention of signing.

If you can't understand that I can't help you :good
