Theres no quicker way for Haye to get KO'd at heavyweight than to fight one of the two Klitshko brothers

    either one

if he fights a lesser guy - he has more chance

so maybe a fight in the intrim will prolong his heavyweight status

defo made right choice,i was looking forward to this as well, bugger.

not to sure if he will fight a top 10 contender, like people have said,he is a bit unsure about his chin,
maybe he could get a named heavyweight on his record.
erm, hmm, isn't big daddy bowe on the comeback trail:bbb:bbb

If he has the injury to his back and it is stopping him from training then he definitely made the right choice. I don't see the point in him going in there at less than 100% or as close as you can get to it.

He may have lost his opportunity at the title but he'll just have to earn it the hard way now then, if Vitali doesn't bite. He did it at CW and he has the ability to do it at HW aswell.

If he can't fight, he can't fight. Wlad never seemed to prioritise making the fight 3 weeks later. Wlad got a great replacement fight. He gets to beat another undefeated champ.

Haye should definitely try and go for Valuev so he becomes Wlad or Chags number 1.

I think he's blown it big time. If the injury can be healed in three weeks I don't think it can be that serious to begin with. Klitschko is right to press on without Haye.

Depends what happens,im behind with the news.Is chagaev still in on the 20th?If so its not a bad thing for Haye cos i think Ruslan will outpoint Wlad.Haye is then faced with a much smaller guy and is out of the "you have to fight me twice and Vittali after, for pennies"contract he had signed for.Chagaev would be a very hard fight for Haye but at least the weight and height would be a bit more even.If Wlad dont get a fight on the 20th it is bleak for Haye i think the brothers will shut him out.The only way he gets a shot is by taking risk fights with guys like Arreolla and Povetkin and forcing the issue.

TBH, Im gld Wlad told Haye where to go.

Cos if Wlad gave Haye another 3 weeks or whatever & then blasted him out, theres no doubt Haye would have just used the injury as an excuse.
"I just wasnt myself in there man, I couldnt get out the way of the punches cos of the stiffness in my back"
Wlads win would have been tainted cos of Hayes 'injury' make no mistake.

    The above poster is correct.

There is a chance that Vitali might get to knock Haye out depending on the WBC ruling. Vitali wants to fight Haye instead of Maskaev.

Absolutely the right decision. No other option.Ithink the frustration may add to his game.
The Vitali fight will be made once Haye is ready.

Total no-brainer. You don't go into a fight with a guy like Wlad, who Haye is giving up massive height weight and reach to, with a crocked back.
