True, but I think Haye also underestimated the size difference Wlad has, and fighting with a broken toe certainly didn't help (not that I think the outcome would have changed)

But Vitali is a lot slower than Wlad, easier to hit and doesn't pepper you half as much with the jab. Haye/Vitali would be more a fight rather than the chess match Wlad/Haye turned out to be

Amazes me the hate Haye gets, the guy was a Cruiserweight champ and fought a gaint in Wlad and took him 12 rounds, OK he didn't deliver on his promises, but neither did Wlad who promised to knock Haye out
