Very tough cookie with an awkward southpaw style. He had a very close fight with Karo Murat which could have gone either way.I had the black Spanish based fighter ahead on points.

Anyway! Very BIG BIG BIG upset victory for Campillo !!!

To beat and dethrone Garay on his home turf in Argentine! I take my hat off to Campillo!
He fought Murat at middle weight, and has now dethroned Garay at light heavy weight!
Props to Campillo! Very well done!

Well,I dont think that he will be able to defend his new belt for long.He is not good enoughto hold the numerous sharks out there at bay for very long.

Wow suprised by that...Garay certainly had his flaws but overall was a pretty good fighter..A ***** to deal with like many of compatriots have been over the years.

On one hand, I'm a bit sad because Garay is one of the very few fighters I like.

On the other hand, he deserved this for taking such a shite defense on paper. He probably underestimated Campillo and paid the consequence.

ACcording to the news Garay totally ran out of gas after 5 rounds.Campillo is a teak tough cookie with an awkward style, but I didnt think that he would be able to dethrone Garay-not even when I was day-dreaming.
Something must have been wrong with Garay!
