In between the later rounds I thought I heard him tell Joshua . .
"You better close your right hand or else . . ." somethin to that effect.

Does Clottey have a habbit of punching without closing/squeezing fist? Is that why he hurts his hands so often?

Na it was more like "You better throw your right hand or else don't come crying to me tomara about the bad decesion" or something to that effect.....basically he was telling him to throw the right so he can end the fight and skip the possibility of a score card robbery.

    Yeah - that's what I heard.

He was asking Clottey to throw the right hand more.

He did more counter punching in this fight than I've ever seen of him. Maybe it was because his opponent was Southpaw. He was just waiting for the jab - to counter with the right hand - but some rounds that's all he was doing.

o.k. I was halfway listening at the time.

I know he dominated ALvarez but did he do enough to increase his chances of getting the Cintron fight?
