Did it feel weird seeing Manny on the floor?

I'm no ******* but I felt sick when I saw him go down the way he did, same as when he did the same to Hatton. I knew from the instant he hit the ground he was a goner, I'm surprised the ref bothered to start counting.

I see the *****s are demonstrating as much class as their hero. Getting sparked is what can happen when you come to fight, and against anyone and everyone available.

the way he stayed down without moving was what bothered me. I thought JMM would win by decision so the KO power was a total surprise for me.

I was sure it was going to go the distance. Even after the first two knockdowns. At the time of the punch I thought that Pacquiao was taking control of the fight, but was not on the verge of getting a stoppage. Than Marquez landed a perfect right hand counter.

It was very strange, and not pleasant. He's been such a beast, for so long. Was surreal.
Just goes to show ANYTHING can happen in boxing.

I was watching in a noisy house, and at first I thought he'd been hit in the nuts the way his arms were down by his groin as he laid on the canvas. It wasn't until the replay I realized he ate a huge shot. I'm still shocked.

I thought he had slipped or got hit below the belt. I was shocked to see Manny go down like that. I like both fighters but seeing Manny like that yea i did feel bad for him.

Defo, man. I was heart-broken . Never envisaged Pacquiao being put away like that. Last time I felt like this was seeing Roy get knocked out, except this is 10x worse.

Yes, Manny would stop taking PED's even though nobody has any shred of evidence that he's on anything(!)

That's a moronic thing to say, and the surprising thing is this theory is quite popular. It's absurd! Manny wouldn't stop taking PED's because people have simply accused him.

If you want to come up with a solid reason as to why Manny hasn't looked good lately then try looking at the Margarito fight. Ever since that fight, Manny has been looking off.

It's the opponents. Pacquiao looks good when he has something walking right onto him. Cotto, Hatton, Marg etc. He can get in, smash their face up, and out again and everything works on his schedule. Mosley ran away the whole fight, so Pac couldnt really land anything. Marquez stayed on the backfoot, but used his head movement to pick shots onto Pacquiao. Bradley is quite defensive aswell. As I've been saying, feed him an Ortiz and he wins looking like a 20 year old. He deliberatley picked the fights that were harder, perhaps as tests to what he could bring to Mayweather who is the superman of that fighting style.

And yeah, the PEDs talk is ridiculous in that regard. Pacquiao looks too good, he must be on roids. Pacquiao has stopped looking as good, he must have stopped taking the roids. If he has a great next fight, is he on them again?

I also thought that at first. It happened so quickly that I couldn't see the KO shot. It was only when I saw the replay that I realised how Marquez had pulled it off. It was sickening, especially because Pac wasn't moving at all. Then they showed his wife crying and trying to get through the mob of people in the ring to reach Pac. It was hard to watch that.

Even the first knockdown shocked me -- it was the first real knockdown he'd suffered in years, and he suddenly looked strangely fragile. It was the way it happened, too -- just one sweeping punch, and Pac was clubbed to the canvas. I was used to thinking of Pac as a relentless tank, soaking up punishment and still coming forward. After that first knockdown Marquez seemed like the power puncher in the fight.
