Did it look like Chris Eubank slipped or was it a legal knock down v. Tim Brown?

Wow thats going back some years, Im sure that was Eubanks very first pro fight. I have seen the fight but it was in black and white and bad quality. It was a fairly clear cut victory though, Eubank won every round without too much trouble. I don't ever recall seeing Brown fight again so Im not sure how good he was but he was definitely no match for Eubank.

As for the knock down, it was a combination of both. There was definitely a punch but not a good punch, Eubank was more off balance and did slip. Its one of those 50/50 situations, some refs would have ruled it a slip, others as a knock down. I wouldn't argue it either way but it made no difference to the fight result.

 

CEJ never fought a Tim Brown as a pro?
