    The fights were ending early and they needed to kill time so they got Toney out of the stands to talk about Arreola's performance. Toney looked younger and in cheerful spirits even played around abit making fun of Rahman quitting in their rematch, and he promised that he will be the HW IBF champion.

    Thompson is clearly a better opponent than Monte Barrett. If he loses to Thomspson, the so be it, bottom line is he is no afraid to fight anyone and he is 40 year old former middleweight.
    Look at Haye, young and in his prime, but afraid to fight Toney.

    yes this is sound logic, he's not fighting him so he must be afraid of him.

    does that mean he's afraid of the other 6,782 hw's that have mentioned his name and showed an interest in fighting him?

    no he promised he will be the heavyweight IBA champion. thats right, Toney vs Thompson will be fighting for the IBA Championship of the world.

    Nah ....tony won't win, but it will be good experience for him. No one really wants to fight JT....eveyone know it's a hard fight. So it's not that Toney isn't looking to fight the Klits or the other title holders...its just they won't mention his name!:lol:

    Good point, Toney is the one who manned up...when Haye was playing musical opponents, many of us mentioned that we thought Thompson would KO Haye...good to see James taking the tougher bout.

    ...uh, the enitre division wasn't in the mix...about a half dozen guys were...so come up with another 6,782 excuses for the Hypemaker.

    Btw, although Barrett isn't the toughest guy around, he should do well against Haye.
