No, Kessler just can't handle speed, and he was never this beast he was made out to be. He's damn good, but not some great great fighter everybody made him out to be.

There are cases where fighters are done after they lose that "0", Hatton, Prince, IMO I felt Cotto wasn't the same after Margarito I know a lot will disagree, there are tons of fighters, but Kessler wasn't.

 

kessler problem was the significant inactivity following the calzaghe loss, as well as the two tomato cans he fought before the ward fight-not to take anything away from the billy goat.
