Did JUANMA Overtrain (?)

Juanma had to cut an insane amount of weight one month out... he clearly wasn't drained because the body was tremendous. Never seen him more ripped or cut. But he was slow, fatigued early (eating flush rights didn't help) and his punches lacked snap from the get go.

You must accept the simple truth: Juanma was never that good.

He was too distracted from the refs obvious gambling problems to fully focus on the fight. I mean how can he pay attention to Salido when the ref's constantly asking him for quarters

This is the reason I dont think fighters should cut big amounts of weight in a small amount of time.... This means insane time in the gym and extreme diets.... I do this for bodybuilding and let me tell you when you get to showtime a small wind can blow you down... this same things happens to fighters you cut a big amount of weight ,most of your resistance and strenght fall with it too

Juanma lost for one reason and one reason only:
When Salido came straight forward Juanma did 3 things.
1)move left 2) move back 3) move right

He should never move left and when he did he walked into Salidos power.
Juanma has no confidence in his jab so that and Salido coming forward was his demise.
Juanma has all the tools but with a pressure fighter u cant go the wrong way and win especially w/o a jab.
Horrible gameplan and worse corner work for not telling Juanma that he won every second when his right foot was outside of Salidos left. brutal.

Amazing how the littlest things make the biggest difference.

Did you already give Salido his props or are you still making excuses for Lopez?
