The shot that started all the trouble for Khan vs Prescott was a left hook that just clipped the top of his head, i.e., a punch most fighters would have taken well. The left-right hook combo that followed that was just icing on the cake - the somewhat grazing temple shot . Khan definitely doesn't take shots as well as most elite fighters.

Garica had already thrown that shot several times. He didn't have to look. He knew exactly where Khan's head would be, just like Sergio wasn't looking at Williams when he threw that shot. He didn't have to. Sometimes turning your head away allows you to put more body into the punch.

 

i dont understand all this fuss about a punch that ruined his equillibrium.
