He fought and beat a crippled Sergio. Now he took a loss while not 100%. Now he knows how that feels.

cotto was a cripple killer. Sergio martinez leg problem, margarito's eye in the rematch, yuri foremans leg/hip went out. Cotto was out here beating up handicap people.

Not Cotto's fault Martinez wasn't 100%. Martinez and his camp maintained he was good all through training. So STFU about everyone knew Martinez was hurt!

Yeah but he could’ve allowed Sergio to wear a knee brace. I would’ve let Sergio wear it but that’s more Roach than Cotto. Roach is very good and exploiting handicaps.

Martinez was allowed to wear a brace on his left knee! Martinez was the champ, he could have delayed the fight until his knee was healed better. T. Fury has held the belt for over 2 years due to mental issues, drug use and so on! Again, not Cotto's fault Martinez came into that fight injured. No critisim should be leveled against Cotto for that siruation!

There are fighters that I've never liked. Cotto isn't one of them. I never liked Tszyu, Margarito, Joshua, Khan, Terry Norris, and a few others. I can grow and like a fighter that ive never liked. You guys can't do that. Karma didn't strike Cotto. Cotto was washed up before he got injured. The only thing is you guys as armchairs underestimated Ali's style against Cotto because you don't know boxing. You thought that Ali was a soft touch but Roach knew what was up.

Not his fault. Miguel simply did his job as Ali did. This isn't anything new to boxing. Most guys have injuries going into fights..some more serious than others...sometimes injuries happen during then fight. It's part of the game.

What Miguel should be remembered for is never shying away from challenges. He faced two of the greatest boxers in this era during their absolute primes. He lost, but put up a tremendous performance in both fights. He also faced all the best opposition during his career and won more than he lost. I don't think it's fair to take anything away from him after giving boxing so many incredible moments.

I was ringside in Ft Worth TX & Austin Texas for Cotto's first two pro fights & followed him until he showed his true colors, He got his ass whooped LEGITIMATELY by Tony Margarito but jumped on the bandwagon after the ludicrous loaded gloves BS & claimed that's why Tony destroyed him. Yet would not rematch Tony until after Pac had permanently damaged Tony's eye,
Even then Cotto could not LEGITIMATELY beat Tony who only had one good eye from round 2 Thanks to a Cotto thumb. Cotto had to rely on that crooked NY doc
to save him fromQUITTING & kneeling in submission AGAIN!! WTG Sadaam Alii
