    A very old ring magazine article about Ken, before he became champ, pictured him on a moterbike with his, at the time, young son - so technically speaking, irrespective of the make of the bike, Ken Norton did drive a Norton !! (the school run ??) (if you can drive a bike as opposed to ride one !)

    Thanks for the info.... Yes, there is a difference between RIDING a bike, as opposed to DRIVING one... Wasn't quite awake this morning..LOL

    Unlike British motor bikes the Japanese didn't take over the HW scene.mind you lots of british HWs used to leak oil all over the place and refused to start when you needed them.
