Did Khan's performance show how weak of a puncher he is?

Not tonight, I was during the fight, but that doesn't impair me from seeing that collazo chased him around the ring with his hands down for more than half the fight. The accumulation of damage wore him out, but no one punch did it. If that was the case he woulda knocked him out mid fight.

Average power but does throw some great body shots just not often enough. He should throw more to the body as his shots are accurate and hurt

the first KD was from a single punch. it was also early in the fight. no accumulation at all.

To me, Khan is a lightning rod for criticism. Mayweather is the only guy that really is a complete fighter. Like noted earlier, Bradley isn't known for his power nor is Alexander, Maidana isn't known for his speed and movement.....and the list goes on. Khan is a special talent with some rough edges. He's certainly in the process of becoming more complete. Hunter is very high on his ability level and ceiling.

Maidana is better fighter since he started training with Garcia.

Khan has really good speed and he has always had power...............

No FOOL it's not khans power it's the speed of his punch that will score him some impressive KD's

    i wanst impressed either

his chin is so toilet paper he's scared of sitting down on his punches so he throws arm punches almost while running away...

poor guy its not his fault but his chin means he will never be a #1 for a long time, if ever

    Erm....Speed is a component of power. I.E. Power = Force x Velocity.

Erm.......speed will also cause flash kd's as khan will catch people off balance so it's not always going to be power that will mean khans opponents hit the canvas

To me, I feel like Khan wasnt trying to throw hard, just fast fast fast and lots. Just because a fighter in one fight may not choose to sit down on his shots, doesn't mean he still doesn't hit hard.

I think it is part of Khans new gameplan. Less going to war, more distance flurries when they come at him, then more distance. Still zero inside game, he had to clinch or move to get outta there.

He's not a big puncher but he's hardly feather fisted. He hits reasonably hard and his speed will mean he'll land shots his opponents don't see coming, stunning them and even dropping them.

His punches to the body though are more damaging, he can really hurt you to the body.
