I agree. I'm pissed off at the time I wasted watching it on youtube.

No. I don't care how many people vote 'yes' without even havign seen the fight.

I can easily imagine that someone could pay someone to take a dive against Kimbo... I can see several reasons for that.

But it did not happen in this fight.

Well, it could have been a comfort laugh...e.g, when someone would get wounded in Iraq, we'd crack jokes as they laid there, waiting for medevac.
I watched the knockout several times, and yes, it does look a bit shady, but then again, you just never know. I didn't think the body shot Hopkins landed on ODLH was as devastating as Oscar made it out to be, but...you just never know. I can tell you that, as a boxer, when you're exhausted, every shot seems to have much larger a impact.

^ Or it could have been the obvious, "heh heh, good job, now we get paid" response.

With all the crooked judging and reffing we've had in the last few years, in TOP LEVEL fights, someone actually has to ask if Kimbo's KO was legit?

    Naivete is an ugly thing.

Possibility a dive but maybe he was hurt and just stayed down.

It looks very fishy so it probably staged, but let's not forget the real issue here.

It's even worse (or funnier, depends on how you look at it) if it wasn't staged.
If it was real, he was fighting some debut making Joe and almost lost to the smuck.
I know no serious boxfan takes the completely overhyped guy serious, but the level he's on now is just sad.

Thank you. Looks somewhat fishy. The uppercut was slow as ****.

It's not even the punch, it was his reaction and the aftermath which gave it all away.
