Alvarez and Chavez Jr. maybe the most marketable fighters under 30 in the world, but they are not in the same league as Ward when it comes to fighting. He is clearly the best fighter under 30 years old in the world and it is hard to see anyone in his weight range beating him in a decision.
:roflatsch Showtime. + Larry is right, Ward is hardly exciting when he fights.....guy makes klit interesting.
They ignore Ward in general. When they named the "consensus" Top 5 P4P, it was Floyd, Pac, JMM, Donaire, and Martinez. That's NOT the consensus Top 5 P4P
They ignore Ward, Quillen (a HBO guy), Dirrell, Broner, Russell Jr., Gamboa, Rigo, and a few others last night as the torch bearers, there happens to be a unifying characteristic about all these fighters as well, but I won't spell it out.
