If the sole purpose of those napkins' were to blow Maidana's nose, then why'd he put dental rolls on the napkin before blowing his nose?

I am not certain they were cheating, but it does look very suspicious to me and I can't understand why they'd do that.

If I were to guess, my very unofficial guess, it would be some kind of smelling salt/stimulant that Maidana inhaled, more than an actual pill he swallowed.
