Did Marcani take too long to return Degale's mouth piece?

    Degales's mouth looked really damaged. I think much of the damage was due to the punches he took when his mouth piece was out. At the time of the fight, I felt the referee Marcani took too long to stop the action and allow Degale to get his mouth piece back.

    That as a minimum made the damage worse. I've never seen a longer wait to get that sorted.
