Maidana won 1, 3, 4 and 5, then an argument could be made that he nicked the 6th, 8th and 12th. So it's feasible. Although I had Mayweather winning 7-5, but a draw was quite acceptable.

Fights aren't scored based on how confident you look after the final bell rings. If you think Maidana won then show your scorecard.

Nope. Could make a case for a draw, but Mayweather pretty clearly took the last four on my card to secure a competitive but clear win.

I mean, I believe that he did, and I am a Mayweather fan. The narrative has seemed to solidify that Mayweather won it, and hey, it was by no means a screwjob. But I believe Maidana did enough.

It was a lot closer than Mayweather fans like to remember.

In the same way Thurman beat Pacquiao, yes, which is to say objectively no, but subjectively, also no.

No, Mayweather won. Maidana did very well, easily the best performance of his career but Mayweather figured him out and Maidana wasn't able to sustain his work rate and Mayweather started to take control in the 2nd part of the fight.

No. Floyd won both fights clearly. 8-4 in the 1st one & 9-3 in the 2nd one.

6-6 is a fair result. Because Mayweather was so often imperious there is a tendency to sometimes overrate what he's doing. I think he got away with one here.
