I don't think it affected it that much since Ortiz is now in Povetkin territory while he was still relatively decent in both Wilder bouts. It's very comparable to Joshua vs Povetkin actually (only Povetkin is massively more proven at the top level). Unfortunately this means Ortiz's best days are now categorically behind him, so there'll likely be no more 'big' wins for him. By this stage Povetkin had already amassed a HOF career. So if you want to spin this into a resume comparison Wilder's best win is clearly below Joshua's second or third best win.
