I didn't see the fight, but I have seen ESPN and various social media accounts say that he was vomiting blood and was on the way to the hospital. He also lost consciousness. If this is all true, his days as a boxer are done. I can only pray and hope for the best now....

I don't want to see him in a ring until 2020, if ever again. It was/is serious.

Possibly much worse, all we can do is hope for the best. Dadashev was in a bad way. Hopefully it's only a bad concussion.

They're preparing him for brain surgery, the swelling is so severe.

Vomiting up blood is hematemesis. I think compubox said he absorbed a numerous amount of body shots. It likely indicates to me he had severe trauma to his abdomen. Oh my goodness...yikes. Let's just pray.

    His career is over.

I hope he recovers but I don't want to see him in the ring again.

    There's life outside boxing.

A piece of skull removed? Yeah, it's pretty safe to say his boxing days are over.

Far more important that he recovers and can live a normal life.

Fair to say his boxing days are over.

Stevenson had something similar, if not worse and is making big strides in recovery. Luckily we live in a time where medical science is so advanced, even in comparison to a couple of decades ago
