You all ignorant ****s who think Floyd could have taken him out need to watch the fight again and very closely. Floyd dominated the fight no doubt, but JMM hit Floyd with very clean jabs in so many instances I can not be bothered to point out each of the occurences. Flyd was smiling each time he got tag cleanly but there is no doubt he felt those punches. Floyd tried to pressure JMM but he was weary of JMM's punches althroughout the fight. Floyd did his very best to wear JMM out so he could take him out when he gets the chance. Even if they fight again, there is no way Floyd would KO JMM.
this is the dumbest and another old ass cliche of boxing lingo goes.... its right up there with glass jaw and bum. anytime a fighter can take someone out early, rather than go 12 rounds...they will...to say he goes 12 because he carried him...is laughable
Yes. It obviously makes more business sense to UD your nemesis nemesis than to KO him. Wait does it??
Mayweather Total 290 / 493 Jabs 185 / 316 Power 105 / 177 Total 59% Jabs 59% Power 59% Marquez total 69 / 583 Jab 21 / 288 Power 48 / 295 Total 12% Jab 7% Power 16%
Stupid Bull**** post. Jabs my ass Mayweather was making Marquez look silly in there. (SEE VID BELOW) The very few, and i mean few times that Marquez landed it was clear he couldn't Floyd. Floyd just wanted to get some rounds in and carried him. Look at all the fresh air Marquez hits with his punches :lol [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kK9en6g9JTQ[/ame]
it makes a ******* feel good on the inside to believe mayweather got busted up against marquez like pacquiao did. There way of dealing with the reality that floyd is just better.
Floyd also needed the rounds so he probably had a chance to but preferred to have the rounds where he controlled JMM/fight
he carried marquez. he landed clean shot after clean shot and he did it at will. if he wanted to, he could've stepped up the pace and stopped him. he carried him out of respect
it's possible.especially since floyd was landing at will.if floyd picked up the pace he would've stopped jmm.
