Look idiot as many people point out Pacquiaos style is the reason he has slowed and worn some, a fighter that throws fast like him and the amount of punches he does obviously he will ware faster than Fraud Willnever. Pac got caught in a lie when in they were negotiating a cut off and the camp lied and said manny couldn't do 30 days...then a vid of him and Hatton surfaced of them giving blood 20 days before the fight and Pac was fine...so they had to go and change their story :-(

 

Blood test was just a Floyd's fake challenge. Even if Pacquiao agreed to the blood test, Floyd will find another excuse. How many excuses Floyd has made now after the bloodtest? Countless. If Floyd is really sincere to fight Pacquiao just like other boxers, he should had done it by now.

The cut off that was negotiated was for 20 days it started at 14, the blood test you are talking about were 24 days before the fight and were tests done by the Nevada state athletic commission for Hep hiv etc not for peds and are not done more than once.
